We brought together the Usell Group including UsellNorthwest, UsellUK and UsellSpain, with others to follow to provide you as the Seller, Letter, Purchaser or Renter (Tenant), the easiest and most convenient way of Searching or Listing a Property, Business, Industry, Web Based Business, Holiday Home, Service etc. within the Northwest, UK and Spain.

As you know the majority of Brits choose to move from the UK to Spain, as Spain is the most Popular country us Brits chose to visit for a Holiday. Spain is a very ‘British’ Friendly Country.

We think we have everything covered on our Usell Group of Sites, obviously our priority is helping you either Sell or Let your Property.

UsellNorthwest, was first to be launched as this is where we are based. However, we decided to expand our Portfolio to the UK and Spain as we often received emails from People who have properties in places such as Cornwall, Wales, London, Newcastle, and Spain such as Costa Del Sol asking if there was anyway that they could list their properties on our site. We tried and tested the Spanish Property Market briefly on UsellNorthwest, which to our surprise worked immediately, hence UsellSpain. Rather than update our UsellNorthwest Site to take in all of the UK, we decided to ‘Make Over’ UsellNorthwest and design UsellUK at the same time.

The Usell Group of websites now include a comprehensive database of Services too.

We will continue to monitor the websites and upgrade/update them.
